1982-83: I lived in Kiental, Switzerland in a MACROBIOTIC study house, studying SHIATSU Massage and Macrobiotic Diagnosis and Michio Kushi's, “Your Face Never Lies” .

1984: I studied a form of Cranio Sacral therapy in Sarasota, Florida .

1985-1986: in Miami, Florida I studied and qualified as a REIKI MASTER and became a Reiki teacher.

1988 -1989: I attended the New England School of HOMEOPATHY

1989: I received a Diplomate in Homeopathy NBHE

1988-1990: I attended and graduated from AAI (Acupuncture-Acupressure Institute of South Miami Florida, and received the degree of Acupuncture Physician (AP)

1990: Became National Board Certified in ACUPUNCTURE (NCCAOM) and Florida Board Certifed

1996: I moved to North Carolina to study with the Ishayas and took vows and became an Ishaya Monk and a teacher of the Ishayas Ascension, www.ishaya.org . There I received my name Parama from my teacher, which I gratefully use today. .I continue my license registrations under the former name of Lenore Anolick I now teach the Ishayas meditation in the United States, and have I traveled abroad teaching in New Zealand.  Currently I have a center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with weekly meetings and monthly weekend classes.

2001: I was introduced to an amazing technology called the EPFX/SCIO, formally known as the QXCI/SCIO, I have studied with the inventor, Professor William Nelson in Budapest, Mexico and the Bahamas. To compliment these techniques I have been NATIONALLY Certified as a BIOFEEDBACK Specialist.
